About Me
As a committed eurythmy therapist and psychotherapist, I support my clients in connecting with their authentic selves. I believe that each person is unique, valuable, and holds a purpose worth discovering.

Through attentive listening and a sensitivity to the soul’s quiet expressions, I offer a space for understanding and growth, where clients can access their inner strength and seek harmony in body and mind, soul and spirit.
My Background and Credentials
I was born in February 1971 in Munich, Germany, and my professional journey has since taken me across Europe, gathering experiences in eurythmy, therapy, and teaching.
My formal training includes a Master of Arts in Eurythmy Therapy, which I completed at Emerson College in 2016. More recently, I acquired a Master of Arts in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of the West of England (2024). I completed my Eurythmy Therapy in Stroud, in 2009. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Eurythmy and a diploma in Eurythmy Pedagogy, both from Hogeschool Helicon in The Hague, NL (2000).

Throughout my career, I’ve held various positions that have deepened my expertise in eurythmy and therapeutic work. I began as an upper school eurythmy teacher at Elmfield Steiner School in Stourbridge, UK (2000–2004), and concurrently served as a lower school teacher at the Meadow School in Bruton, Somerset (2001–2003), which later became the Steiner Academy in Frome.
From 2005 to 2009, I worked as a disability carer at St. Christopher School for Special Needs in Bristol, providing essential care and support. It was here that I learned that I feel most at home in the therapeutic environment and also where I developed a method which teaches carers to do eurythmy with their care home residents. I call this method 'Therapeutic Approach' and have written about it on this website

In 2012, I joined the Helios Medical Centre in Bristol as a eurythmy therapist, where I remained until it closed in 2022. During this period, I began leading eurythmy groups in the Therapeutic Approach for carers and residents at Daneswood Care Home in Somerset, a role I continue to cherish today.
I work as a eurythmy therapist and counselor/psychotherapist, both as separate and combined disciplines, where I blend my experiences to support my clients in ways that are most meaningful to their healing process.
I am fully insured, registered with AnthroMed and BACP and all my work is supervised according to professional and ethical requirements.
