when body, mind and soul are in balance, true healing can happen

I am a counsellor, psychotherapist,
and eurythmy movement therapist.

My approach to healing focuses on rebalancing the connection between body, mind, and soul.

I am the right therapist for those who have tried pure talking therapy and feel it has not quite addressed the root of their struggles.
You may feel the need to incorporate your body into the healing process.

Our body holds all our painful memories which, when unprocessed, can emerge as triggers during times of stress - leaving us feeling lost, unloved,
and at odds with ourselves and the world.

I am offering somatic therapy where the body gets listened to as much as the mind,
allowing awareness, movement, and felt experience to guide the healing process.

Eurythmy
Therapy
Eurythmy therapy is a gentle, mindful movement therapy that strengthens the mind–body connection.

It supports a healthy relationship with the body and helps the authentic self to find expression.

I tailor each session to the individual and provide exercises that can also be practised at home.
Counselling & Psychotherapy
I believe in the healing power of being deeply listened to and having the time to find your own words for what you are struggling with.

My aim is to offer a space where you feel welcome, unjudged, and supported.

In this space, you can begin to discover who you truly are — and find joy in being yourself.
Groups
My weekly online group works with Rudolf Steiner's Calendar of the Soul.
My in-person group is a support group working with issues surrounding trauma, grief and shame.

Group work offers a healing space where each person is recognised in their individuality and experiences a sense of belonging.

Therapeutic Approach
If you are a eurythmist or eurythmy therapist looking to expand your field of work, you may be interested in a therapeutic approach I have developed.

This method introduces eurythmy to non-eurythmists — for example, care staff in care homes — and teaches them the practice of eurythmic full-body listening to support their professional work.
